1.PN-850 steel ceiling and wall profile features a 4 mm rib height and an effective cover width of 850 mm. Its sleek, shallow profile offers an elegant, modern alternative to flat sheets for ceilings, room partitions, factory doors, and wall cladding, suitable for both interior and exterior applications.
2.The PN-850 profile features longitudinal seams for increased rigidity. Its wide sheet coverage allows for both vertical and horizontal installation; however, PN-850 is not intended for roofing applications.
3.Purlins and framing must be level, with appropriate stud spacing not exceeding 0.50 m, depending on sheet thickness.
4.Sheets join seamlessly with smooth, flush, and tight interlocking laps.
5.Screw-fixed installation system (BOLT TYPE) using 16 mm fastener screws.
